    Since the last update you cannot copy texts from outside the theme and paste it into the “Yoast SEO” sections.

    These are the “Search engine appearance” and “Social media appearances” sections. This is “Meta description” in the first section (https://ibb.co/qRpBJg7) and, in the second, “social description” (https://ibb.co/vsvxJBR) on Facebook and on X (formerly Twitter).

    Before, when I could use copy and paste, it was very fast but now what I could do in seconds before requires five or more minutes to do because you have to write the same text several times. Would it be possible to fix it? Thank you.

    Hi @jargiz

    This is a small bug on version 22.7 where users can’t paste via the right-click menu within the?description?fields. As a workaround, we suggest copying and pasting via the keyboard shortcuts.

    • PC: Ctrl + c for Copy, Ctrl + x for Cut, and Ctrl + v for Paste.
    • Mac: ? + c for Copy, ? + x for Cut, and ? + v for Paste.
