Problems since updating to 1.3.29

  • I’ve had to rollback to the previous version. If I don’t do this the page with the gallery on does not load and I see a message that states:

    ‘The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.’

    Looking in admin the first four or five pictures are there but then I see a graphic with the same message. I note we are warned to check our galleries as I updated from 1.3.8. All I can think of doing is recreating the gallery in the new version at the moment.

    Please can you try v1.4.3 – we have fixed many of the issues that were introduced in 1.3.29.

    Although I am not sure why you are seeing the ‘server is temporarily unavailable’ error. Please let me know if 1.4.3 resolves your issues. If not, let me know here and we can arrange some deeper investigations
