Problems to disappear boxes with information in my website (customizer Theme)

Good morning I need your help .
For some time, maybe it was the last update of the theme, although I’m not sure it was therefore. Not stop to get out boxes with informaion about the menu, images and changes that are very annoying, although close again leaving new. Could anyone help me with this, it is very annoying to navigate as well.

I give to you one example, appear this box with this text:
You can now display your menu as a vertical and mobile friendly side menu, animated when revealed. Try it with the demo or change your menu design now.

or this other:
You can display your post’s featured image here if you have set one.

I don’t want this information all the time in my website, I close the box in the botton X but continue appearing. This only happen in the administrator session.

Please some help. I will apreciate a lot.
