Problems to make full backup.

  • Hello, previously my website was on another server, then I migrated it using BackUpWordpress to Godaddy, but since I made the migration in May 2018, I have not been able to complete a full backup. It remains as if it were loading, it happens for many, many days, I could say that in an infinite way, but never appears the back up in the plugin. When I review the files, a folder appears that appears to be the complete backup, but when I stop the entire backup process, the folder disappears.

    I uninstalled the plugin and installed it again, but it does not work

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    Please could you open your browser’s developer tools (F12 or CTRL+SHIFT+J in most browsers), and open the ‘console’ tab?
    Then, reload the page and trigger a backup.

    After a 15 minutes, a number of errors or messages should have appeared in the developer console. Please could you send us a copy of those messages?
