purge any page cache you (or your hoster) might have in place should fix this @oscarga

afraid I don’t know where W3TC stores its cache oscarga, moreover it’s possible you have multiple cache layers (at your hoster or sucuri or cloudflare or …) and all of them need to be purged really ..
