• Good morning, sometimes when I am updating an article on my site the UPDATE button is grayed out and does not allow me to save the changes, so I lose all the data. The autosave that is performed is too old and I don’t understand why.

My WordPress is upgraded to the latest version and I use Digitalocean as a server which when checking the status shows me that the performance is very good.

Could you help me to solve this problem so that I can update my articles without losing information?

  • Hello

First, you may check your computer time is correct.

Secondly, if you have any add blocker extensions you can disable them to see if the issue is solved.

If the problem isn’t solved, then you should deactivate all of the plugins to see if there is any conflict.

Thanks for the reply, I also sent it to my server support and they told me they found the following:

“I have investigated the issue and found that the log buffer is full. You can check the error for reference below:”

[Fri Dec 09 04:57:43.179234 2022] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 31163:tid 140493606250240] [client 3.122.112.37:0] AH01071: Got error ‘the log buffer is full (1024). The access log request has been truncated.’, referer: https://MISITE/wp-admin/post.php?post=1682&action=edit

And they applied the following solution:

How can I prevent this from happening again? Or with this parameter added by the support people it is solved? Why does this happen?

    Thanks
