Problems updating changes in front-end

Hi, I have a problem with the update of the changes in WordPress. Any changes made by the back-end (change themes, graphic changes, etc.) Does not appear in the front end, by reloading the page. I deleted the cache and tried different browsers but the problem persists. How can I fix?
