Problems using the plugin as collaborator role

Hi, We have 20 collaborators in our WP blog, we have set the option to use copyscape “administrator, editors and authors”
they can see the option, but they click on it, and nothing happens.. the message of the copyscape duplicated contentn, dont appear.
We as the admins, dont have any issues using it, any ideas on this?
