    Hello,
I just installed the plugin because I think it will meet all my needs
I’m trying to import a CSV with companies but I can’t get it.
The most worrying thing is that it doesn’t show any kind of error or warning.
Thinking that the structure of the CSV file was not the right one, I even exported the company I created “by hand” and tried to import the same data by modifying the email and the name of the company so that there was no conflict with the unique key of the table. No result.
When pressing the “Import” button it seems to do something but after a few seconds it returns to the same screen as at the beginning.
    I follow these steps:
    1.- I choose type “company”
2.- I select the CSV file
3.- I leave by default the contact to the owner
4.- I choose the life stage “Subscribers”
5.- The contact group I created
6.- Since the column headers in the CSV file coincide with the expected ones, I don’t do anything else
7.- I press the “Import” button
I’m working with a “clean” wordpress facility. The latest version downloaded today. The active theme is the one that loads WP by default.
The “Wp ERP” plugin is also the latest version.
I have activated “define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );” but it does not show any error or warning either.
I don’t know what to look at or try anymore.
    Any ideas?
    Greetings
    Eduardo

  • Hello @eeeduuu

The CSV format is a major part. Means, it needs to have the columns and columns top values exactly the same as it suggests. Have you followed the sample CSV file structure?

Sample CSV is available when importing the CSV. So, you can download and follow.

Or you can share us with the CSV you are trying with, we’ll check and find if there is any problem with it.

Note: Import doesn’t support having any special characters.
