Please reset any caching plugins that you currently run on your site so that they are cleared. We’ve mentioned this to many users but later found that several are just clearing their browser caches and not the actual (server) caches running on their WordPress sites.

Please report back with whatever caching plugin you’re using, the cache time interval you have set on the plugin, and what happened after resetting/clearing.

We’ve mentioned the idea of cache clearing to many users but later found that several are interpreting this as just clearing their browser caches and not the actual (server) caches running on their WordPress sites.

We’ve suggested server cache clearing to many users but later found that several are misinterpreting this as just clearing their browser caches when we mean the actual (server) caches running on their WordPress sites.

    Please report back with:
    1) the names caching plugin(s) you’re using
    2) the cache time interval you have set on the plugin(s)
    3) what happened after resetting/clearing.

For some reason the support forum was not posting replies immediately; hence the repeats above. However, now, it looks like your gallery is working fine actually: https://www.agroverdad.com.ar/prueba/

But if you’re still having problems, please do the following:
Deactivate and uninstall the YouTube plugin.
Download and install a new version 10.7 from this specific link: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/youtube-embed-plus.zip
After activating the plugin, go to YouTube settings and check this box: “Debug Mode”
    Click “Save Changes”

Now, take a look at your gallery again. While you are logged in as Admin, it will show some debug text. Click to copy it, and paste it here for us to look at.
