    Hi there, this WP Multilang is extremely useful, but when I try to sync the products to Facebook and Instagram via the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin that comes along with WooCommerce 4, some products are in 1 language, while the other products are in the other languages. Also, the WP Multilang shortcodes are displayed in the product description.

    The product sync reports no problem at all. When I edit one of the products and manually sync the products via the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, the edited product title becomes English, but some random products’ titles (which are originally displayed in English) become Chinese.

    How do I force the Facebook product catalog to display English only? Currently, I have English and Traditional Chinese.

    The link points to the same Catalog which has the WooCommerce app missing.

    Thanks for checking on that link for us. Next, could you please provide me with a screenshot of the page found when you go into your Business Manager settings and click Users > System Users > Partner Created System User?

    Great, thank you for that screenshot. I’m glad it looks correct there. ??

    I see from a previous screenshot that you sent that you have Debug Logging enabled; could you please trigger a manual sync and send me the log?

    First, go to WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync and click Sync.

    You can then find the log of the sync here:

    WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    And the filename will have facebook in the title and the day’s date.

    You can then send it to me and that should have some interesting data for us to help figure out what’s going on here.

    Please note: The log file can contain some information about your site that you might not want shared in a public forum. If this is the case for you, you can send the logs to me via a QuickForget link, or you can reach out directly to us using our contact form and we will help you out there. ??

    Would you please let me know how it goes getting those logs, or if you have any questions along the way?
