Fix for problems in 0.5.1 or 0.5.2 versions

Hi Maciej,

if I try to save or create some custom fields in custom post types – I am using “Types” from WP-Toolset – I get the following Warning/Error messages and nothing is changed or saved:

Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /www/xxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/wp-content/plugins/permalink-manager/includes/core/permalink-manager-uri-actions.php on line 143

Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /www/xxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/wp-content/plugins/permalink-manager/includes/core/permalink-manager-post-uri-functions.php on line 63

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /www/xxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/wp-content/plugins/permalink-manager/includes/core/permalink-manager-post-uri-functions.php:63) in /www/xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1179

This behavior didn’t happend with your version 0.4.9!

unfortunately I did not tested the plugin’s compatibility with Types before. I applied a hotfix in 0.5.3 versions.

I would be grateful if you could download it from repository, install it manually and check if the issue still occurs.
