Problems with 7.8.0 : Minicart not working

I used the script below to enqueue the wc-cart-fragments on the front end by adding it to the theme’s function.php, which fixes the issue.

function enqueue_wc_cart_fragments() { wp_enqueue_script( 'wc-cart-fragments' ); }
add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'enqueue_wc_cart_fragments' );

I re-installed version 7.8.0 with @studiomondiale code snippet and it worked.
