Problems with accordions and toggles

Hi, hope someone can help fix a problem with accordions and FAQs section (toggles) on a webpage.

I’m a total beginner and I’m building a website with the Sydney theme using Elementor (free version) and having an issue with the accordions and FAQ section on one web page, both on desktop (Windows) and Android mobile.

With Elementor’s Hello theme, all four accordions open on loading the webpage on the desktop, and minimising them only works with one (with the other two clicking just sends user to top of page. None of the accordions or FAQs open on a mobile.

With the Sydney theme (my current theme which I’d like to stay with if possible), all accordions open and minimise correctly on the desktop. However, clicking on accordions and FAQs sends user to top of page without opening them.

With WordPress Twenty Twenty, only the first and fourth accordions minimise correctly on the desktop. Once again, clicking on accordions and FAQs sends user to top of page without opening them.

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins, which hasn’t identified any issues.
