    Hi!

Whenever I activate a plugin in my dashboard, the page displays a “no permission to access this page” error and in the address bar the following link appears
    mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=backwpupabout
This issue started to occur after I uninstalled the plugin due to backup issues. Is it possible to have reference to some data that was recorded in my database?
    Thank you!

    Hi @laserstore
Please using FTP or Cpanel to delete the plugin, then manually install it by download the latest version here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/backwpup.3.6.10.zip
Then extract the plugin to <your_site> / wp-content / plugins
    Thank you!

    Hi!

I did the procedure but it didn’t work out. Any other plugin that I activate, I am directed to the link https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=backwpupabout even with your plugin removed.

So I installed the “better search replace” plugin and searched the database for the term “admin.php?page=backwpupabout” and I received the following message:
DRY RUN: 1 tables were searched, 3 cells were found that need to be updated, and 0 changes were made.

The records are in the WP-Options table, but I can’t find how I can fix the error.

    Please, help me.

After a brief search, I found another user with the same issue and was easily resolved by clearing the browser cache. Problem solved! Thanks!
