Problems with adding blocks

Dear folks,
I′m sorry to say, that I got problems with you plugin. When it′s activated, I can′t add blocks to my page, because the plus sihn doesn′t appear. As soon as I deactivat GhostKit – Gutenberg Blocks, everything is fine. Change it severeal times and deleted and installed it again. Doesn′t work.Sicerely
