Problems with Admin panels

On the Write > Create New Post page I’m having what appears to be rendering issues with the admin options (Discussion, Categories, Post Slug, Post Author etc.)
Everything about the buttons appears to be working appropriately EXCEPT their appearance. I tried running a search but found no results – can anyone provide suggestions?
