problems with Affiliate link cloaking plugin

    I am trying to use the “affliate link cloaking” plugin. I am copying and pasting the affliate caodes correctly and for some reason when I highlight some of the links the url changes to what I want but others stay with the affliate url?
    Could I be doing something wrong or is there some bug in this plugin?
