    1. Select ‘Display only from hour?’ option to ‘No’ . It will display the the whole time range, example 08:00 – 09:00. Is this answers your question?
    2. I did not get your question (I am able to do multiple booking from same client and older appointment is not getting cancel)? Can you explain little more.

    hi there, we have again the problem with an unwanted cancellation.

    member has booked an appointment, then the appointment was canceled without any intervention from member or admin…

    is there any logfile i can look for the process?
