Problems with attachment of Contact form 7

    Hello,
    i have an contact form integrated into my page and customer need to upload a image. I connected by hubspot plugin, but now i have the result that we receive the forms without the attachment. So hopefully you can help me?!

    Hi @estores

    Our plugin should not interfere with how CF7 works, as we only do some things on the javascript side.

    Have you tried temporarily deactivating the HubSpot plugin? Does it fix the problem?

    Would you share the page with the form, so that our devs can have a look at it?

    Hi,

    i try to deactive but it works not. The form works, we receive the mail with an attachment. By connecting the form with the hubspot form channel, we only see the name of the attachment, but not with an direct attachment.

    Hi @estores. If the form keeps not working while the plugin is deactivated, then it can’t be caused by the HubSpot plugin.

    This rather seems a problem with CF7. I’d try asking for help on their support page.
