Problems with Audience charts since 3.9

Hello Camu, and first, thanks for this excellent plugin.

I am experiencing a weird behavior of the Audience charts since the 3.9 update: for some days the audience shown is zero (including today) and when I reload the page, the days for which the audience is zero are varying.
I read about a similar issue here, which I am also experiencing in the Overview section, but my problem is different.
