Please help us resolve issues using LiteSpeed Cache on our site.

1. Enabling lazy-load in LiteSpeed does not enable lazy-loading on any images throughout the site. Disabling lazy-load in LiteSpeed enables lazy-load on only the homepage.
2. Image WebP Replacement ON does not serve any webp images other than those originally created as .webp

We have attached some of our settings.

1) which page you don’t see the lazyload ? homepage ?

2) did you run image optimization and finish it ?

Thank you for the quick reply. 1. At the time of posting and hours prior, I honestly did not see the lazyloaded=”1″ in the source. My apologies, I do see that now. 2. I provided a partial screenshot of what I assume are indications of image optimizations. I did perform the action when first enabling the plugin and I haven’t deleted the original image backups or enabled that setting. What is a safe way to run the optimization again?

did you enable webp option BEFORE you start image optm ?

Thread Starter bandreas3

(@bandreas3)

Webp images are enabled and saved. When viewing our site, are we supposed to see images as .webp or are we seeing an optimized version of .jpg/.png? (Entering the image path with a .webp extension, gives a page not found.) Thank you again.

(@qtwrk)

if you enabled webp option AFTER you have finished the image optm, then you will only get the optimized version of jpg/png

the webp is generated during image optm process WITH webp option enabled

by that saying , if you have finished image optm with webp option OFF in the first place , then you enable it afterwards , it will NOT (re)generate webp files.

you may need to destroy all opmized data and re-optimize again with webp option enabled.

How can we confirm that webp option was enabled? In media, all images provide a webp savings %. Also, like in the screenshot above, “Images total:?9806 imagesCongratulations, all requested!” Please help us set this up. Is a a QUIC.cloud account required for image swapping?

Plugin Support qtwrk

(@qtwrk)

no , QC account is not required

you mean all ige shows webp saving % , as empty ?

do you see any webp in FTP/file manager ?

Thread Starter bandreas3

(@bandreas3)

Webp savings are not empty. (I stated there was a % being reported) This varies between images, so I didn’t feel it was necessary to list each value.

The files exist in FTP, for instance, https://autel.com/us/wp-content/uploads/remote_expert-details.png.webp

Here is the source code from the page containing the image:

<img data-lazyloaded=”1″ src=”https://autel.com/us/wp-content/uploads/remote_expert-details.png” decoding=”async” width=”1076″ height=”394″ data-src=”https://autel.com/us/wp-content/uploads/remote_expert-details.png” alt=”remote expert details” title=”remote_expert-details” class=”wp-image-11629 entered litespeed-loaded” data-ll-status=”loaded”>

This image, from the page https://autel.com/us/remote-expert/ , does not appear to be swapped. What are we missing?

please try enable the debug log , the log should tell what was going on during that webp replacement action

Thread Starter bandreas3

The only reference to litespeed, under Network, are font files. (No reference to litespeed.guru like in the video.) Any other ideas?

huh?

I was referring to the log when plugin takes action for webp replacement

it will state what is its path , file name , and result

Thread Starter bandreas3

(@bandreas3)

Kindly provide the correct video so I can pinpoint what you’re referring to. I see no indication of a cache being used or fonts being swapped. Are you not able to see the same thing from the link we provided?

(@qtwrk)

it’s same process as above log , enable the debug log , open your page , then go back to log viewer , share me the log

1. [6] Debug Settings
2. Set debug level to “Advanced”

7. Cleared Logs
8. Litespeed Icon – Purge All
9. Page path: https://autel.com/us/remote-expert/
