    For troubleshooting, please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product.

    hi shahin, thank you for your help. i have deactivated the plugins. it didn’t help.

    i have removed oceanwp and tried to install 3.4.7

    i was not able to install it. so i had to reinstall it over design/install theme

    i don’t know what caused the problem. whether wordpress update or theme update

    We have not received similar reports so far, and we can not reproduce that issue on our end. We need to know the steps to reproduce.
    You can create a staging site, restore the current settings, and test changes without affecting the original site(without any plugins).

    However, it can be affected by your customization on your website. Also, using any SEO plugin, such as Cache Plugin, minifier, or theme builder plugin, can affect it.

    If you are using an SEO plugin(RankMath or Yoast), please navigate to the following path, change the “Breadcrumbs Source” and see if it solves the issue: WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizing > General Options > Page Title.

    i, i am sorry for answering you late. the image will now open when you click on the link.

    i don’t use any seo plugin. a few months ago I had installed yoast seo, but it has long been deleted.

    i am also not able to install the old version of oceanwp via the zip file.

    i also don’t know if it has anything to do with the last version of wordpress version 6.4.1

    the problem was caused by the theme twenty-twenty-four. i installed the older version and deleted twenty-twenty-four. now the problem is solved. i think it had something to do with the css
