• Hello,
We have the problem that the Trinity-audio panel is not only displayed one time in the post. It′s also displayed in contents blocks created with Content Block plugin. So inside the content block is displayed another time the Trinity play panel.

So we have the play panel one time in the foot of the glog and in the content blocks!

The plugin is great but we are not using because of this problem.

    Hello Gustavo,

    Thank you for reaching out!

We’re happy to hear you like our plugin and we’ll do our best to solve the issue you are facing.
In order to investigate, would you be able to create a hidden post with the plugin enabled so we’ll be able to see and investigate?

In addition, can you reach us at [email protected] for faster communication?

    Best regards,
    Trinity Audio

    Hi,
    I sent you an email.
I cant do it because I must to uncheck all the pages for not enable Trinity.

I think you may install fast the plugin that have problems with trinity : https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/custom-post-widget/

You may create a post and add some custom context blog inside it.

Content blocks do not need to have speech to text control panel (the play and pause button). There is no problem that the texts inside the custom block is read by trinity.

Thank you, I really hope to be solved.
