problems with creating user

  • Good morning,

    I’ve got a problem with the creation of admin user from the backend; I’ve wrote every needed fields, but in the user page, I see an empty row at the place of the data that I’ve wrote (as you can see here).

    The data that I’ve typed, are saved into the database, so I don’t understand why I can’t see it.

    Currently I’m running WordPress 6.1.1 on an hosting with PHP 7.4.

    Sorry for the trouble. I’m not sure how you’ve tried, but here is a step-by-step guideline that you could follow to create a user from the database. https://wpengine.com/support/add-admin-user-phpmyadmin/

    I’ve followed that tutorial, but the result is the same. No data in the new row in users page.

    I’ve tried to login with the new login data, but it redirects to the home page…So strange.

    Another problem is that when Woocommerce is enabled (i’ve got the latest version) , sometimes it logged me out from the admin zone.
