    Hi,
I create an index selecting category, post tag and custom taxonomies.
However I noted that if I try to search a term in my website included in the taxonomy the search doesn’t give back results.
I tried also to create again the index but nothing.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

What exactly you mean with “a term in my website included in the taxonomy”? Included where? Free version of Relevanssi only indexes taxonomy term names for the posts in the taxonomy; Premium can then index more, like term descriptions.

Also, whenever you have searching problems, try searching with the Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search). Does that get you the results you want?

I try to be more clear.
I have 2 plugin, ACF for custom post fields and Custom Post Type UI for custom taxonomies.
If I try to search with che search function in my website, not all taxonomies and custom fields are searchable.
I tried to go in the debug tab of Relevanssi (I can’t find Admin search) and if I search for a post actually it seems some custom fields and some taxonomies are not indexed.
I checked the settings of the plugin and it seems all ok.
    What could be the reason?
    Thanks

Relevanssi admin search can be found in your WP admin dashboard under Dashboard > Admin search. But if the words do not appear in the indexed content in debugging, the admin search won’t be able to find them either.

How have you set up the custom field indexing? Have you specified the custom fields you want to include, or is the value set to “all” or “visible”? Are some custom fields or taxonomies missing completely, or just individual terms in those custom fields or taxonomies? What kind of content do those fields have?

Hi, foun Admin serach but how you said there is no difference with the debug way.
For custom field indexing there is the default value ‘all’. Also if I try to specify one by one there is no difference.
Some custom fields or taxonomies are missing completely, not in part.
The content are text and numbers.
The following is a screenshot for the selected taxonomies for indexing. https://ibb.co/pwyTdGH

Can you give me some concrete examples of what’s missing? Can you show me a post, the custom fields and the taxonomies, and the output of the Relevanssi debugging screen for that post, so I can see myself what’s missing?

Possible explanations include the content being stopwords, and the content being shorter than the minimum word length (which by default is 3). Could these explain the missing content?

Ok, I try to explain in details.
    The website is this:
    https://www.itineriamo.com
try to search ‘Agosto’ above on the right -> no results

    this is an example post:
    https://www.itineriamo.com/itinerari/dal-monte-bromo-al-mare-di-lembongan/

In the above section of the post you can see ‘Agosto’ (the website is in italian, I don’t know how you can see this, if Agosto or August)

    custom field

taxonomy (created for another purpose, but same value)

debug (you can’t see Agosto bot in the taxonomy and in the Custom fields part)

”Agosto” is in the default Italian stopword list so that explains this, likely. Try removing it and reindexing.
