Problems with Customer Area Plugin

  • When installing the new version of the plugin Customer Area, among other problems, the main page is dropped altogether and not appears the menu.
    When I contacted the author of the plugin, and after trying the solutions that offered me, without result, he indicates to me to contact with you and ask if the theme could support the Customer Area plugin.

    No. I transcribe the answer he gave me:
    “Another possibility is to contact the author of the WordPress theme and ask him if he could support the Customer Area plugin. I am willing to help him to do that if he wants to.”

    I’m currently using an old version of the plugin that works with the theme.

    OK. I’ve flagged it for nikeo.
