    Hello I’m using your plugin for paypal checkout but noticed that orders are not complete… Using the EPO extra Product options to customize the products and another plugin… customers that use paypal checkout sometimes not fill all the fields (even if REQUIRED) and go further anyway completing payment and order BUT… the orders are incomplete have you notice or experienmces of this by your side ? thanks

    NOW I deactivated the plugin

    Do these incomplete orders have any notes attached?

    Many times, customers will navigate to the page to complete PayPal payment, but never actually return to the checkout window to complete checkout on your site.
    This can cause incomplete orders, as this information never successfully gets passed on to your store.

    Additionally, can you check to see if you’ve received payments in PayPal for these incomplete orders?

    Hello sorry not seen your answer before… i understood so there i no way to solve it
    Even if the fields are required to proceed probably if customer click paypal checkout it will go in wrong way….
    Is there a possibility to show paypal checkout only on some products? and not in all? Thanks
