Problems with discounts

    Hello friends, I have a strange problem. I use it in my woocommerce. I have some product kits, and I would like to offer a discount on them.
    We use “Exclude base price” because if we leave only the base price, each product will have a zero value in our payment system and the kit will be charged as a single product. However, we need the value of each product to be shown.
    Ok, I leave “Exclude base price”, I put the price I want to appear on the product (ex 20), and in discount I put 10%.
    For a few minutes, the value of the product shows me the base price that I entered in the “Price” field, as that was what I wanted: to show the value already with the discount. However, after a few minutes, the product returns to the full value of the products, including changing the “Price” field to the full value of the products. The full price also appears in the cart, without the 10% discount.
    Can someone help me?

    hi, we found out what it was. A service we use in Brazil called Questor was returning the product to its original price.
    Here’s a tip if anyone in Brazil is experiencing this type of problem and uses Questor, it’s a good idea to discuss it with their managers.
