    Hi,

I am using Divi to design the layout for the checkout page, but I get an error when I tried to edit the checkout page.
It says that it has encounter an error and cannot be previewed.

And when I click on on See the step, I can see the whole page.
But when I enabled the visual builder, I can see the following message:

“It seems that this is not the cartflows checkout page where you have added this shortcode. Please refer to this article to know more”

But I cannot click on the link of the articles, as it is not a link.

Can you tell me why I cannot edit with Divi

    ?What can be happening?

    Thanks in advance,

    Gaby

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @mgdiazanton

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Let me tell you that you are getting that error message because seems that you have added the CartFlows Checkout shortcode on the page which is not of CartFlows or you are viewing the page in the editor mode.

Here is the article which will help you to overcome this error message.

    I hope this helps you.

Feel free to get in touch in case you need any help or assistance.

    Hi,

I already saw that article and I haven’t created that page myself. I created that page with cartflows

And the other thing is, as I said earlier, I cannot see a Divi link when editing the page from cartflows.
    It shows an error.

    I go to steps> Checkout Page > Edit> Edit with Divi…

Then it appears a black page with a message saying:

“This block has encounter an error and cannot be previewed”

So, I cannot edit the page FROM the cartflows page editor.

I have to type the Url and enable the editor to be able to edit the page.

I saw your video on youtube, and it was working ok.

What is it that’s not working?

    Hi,

I will try to change the theme if this is a conflict with the theme and also write to your support page instead of here.

    Thanks for your time
