Problems With Drag and Drop/Drop Down Menus

  • Hey all.

    I am experiencing problems with drag and drop – specifically in the menu area, but in many other functions and plugins in the admin of WordPress 4.0.

    I can not drag and drop the menus. I can not make customer menus with links, and when in other aspects of the admin area, when there is a drop down arrow and is clicked, nothing occurs.

    I am also noticing when in THE EVENTS CALENDER plugin and putting a date, the popup calender to choose a month and day does not work, and you manually need to input the dates (not a big deal, but I assume is JS related).

    I have changed the theme, flushed the Cache in my browser and in the plugin. I have tried firefox (I used Chrome), I have disabled all plugins and changed the theme to twenty-thirteen.

    Nothing changes. Any thoughts on this?
