    Hi Toni,

    You need to ask whoever runs your webserver to install the Mcrypt module for PHP. Do you run the server yourself? If so, then look for the php5-mcrypt or php-mcrypt package. It’s very unusual not to be installed – I probably see this support issue about once for every 100,000 downloads.
