• Hello developers,

I have two questions about the Memberships 2 plugin.
Yesterday I created a new membertype and this membertype gets a lot of jquery errors at the front end editor of ACF(advance custom fields).
Also some fields are not showing correctly, but when I am logged in as an Admin everything works fine.
Is there a way to fix this?

Seconds question, at …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=membership2-settings I cannot change any settings… is that right?
Also when I click on the link Modify Access(behind each page) at …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=membership2-protection nothing happens.

    Thanks in advance!

    Kind regards,
    Jan Mark Boerman

Hello @murkie12, I hope all is well!

Yesterday I created a new membertype and this membertype gets a lot of jquery errors at the front end editor of ACF(advance custom fields).

Would you please elaborate ann let us know more information, you created a new membership or a user subscribed to a membership?
Would you please post here an error that you are getting and post here a screenshot so we could replicate it?

I tested the Advanced Custom Fields plugin and it doesn’t have front end editor, maybe I am missing something?

Seconds question, at …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=membership2-settings I cannot change any settings… is that right?

Just to be clear, you went to Membership 2 > Settings and the changes are not saved. In that case, this is not supposed to happen, please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin.

Deactivate all other plugins and test if you can save changes. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

Follow the steps from this flowchart.

Let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
