problems with email notification

  • I have problems with the plugins post notification and postie together.
    The requirement is
    1) To enable users to post to the blog via emails
    2) To received notification to group of editors (for all new post directly done on the blog as well as via email)

    This fails to work, when postie is enabled, post notification doesn’t work. has anyone tried the above situations earlier

  • I’ve got this working ok on a couple of sites with postie + subscribe2 plugin.

    both the plugins seem to have slight bugs or minor configuration/usability issues but both are star class, thanks to the developers . I don’t see any conflicts between the plugins.
