Hello, I am trying to create a product feed and it seems to be working but I keep getting an update indicating that there are errors with all of my products…
3,068 products rejected due to errors
When I look at the report, the report only lists a handful of products. I have tried it several times with different settings but continue to run into the same problems. What am I missing?

    Thank you!
    Barbara

  • The errors are most likely the cause for your feed to get stuck during processing. Would it be an option for you to increase the allowed memory usage in your PHP.ini file?

Alternatively, or next to, you can also try lowering the batch-size of the plugin so it uses less of your server resources such as the memory. I suggest you try lowering the default batch size of 750 to 300. This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

    Hello,

I did increase the memory limit to 2000M but the same issue is happening but now the processing is stalling at the 33% point.

What do I do?? I have tried to recreate the feed several times now which gets a bit long since we have so many categories.

    Thank you!

    Hi Barbara,

    HEllo,

    I did that as well.

Then try lowering the batch size to an even lower number, like 150 or so.

Are you sure this is not a caching or WP-cron issue? Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser or any 3th party caching plugin to see if that increases the percentage?
