Problems with Featured Image using Easy Add

Hi TC. I gave the plugin a test and I think this is the key statement from the plugin site:

Therefore it requires to have attached/uploaded at least one image to the post. If there’s not any image attached to the post, this plugin can’t help you.

It does not appear to pick up images that are inserted into the post content. The image must be attached to the post, usually by uploading the image to the post when you’re adding it from the editor. If you already have images in the posts then these plugins might help:

Or you could try using a function in a child theme to set the featured image:

AH….that must be it then. My site has them embedded in the web pages. Thanks for the two plugin links, I will check them out!
