Problems with featured images

  • Hi,I use the plugin “WP Random Post Thumbnails”,and have some problems.
    when I refresh the page or post, the block’s Thumbnail display normal.
    but when I refresh the blocks in the page or post,Thumbnails doesn’t display.
    For example,when I click “Next Prev ajax” or “Load More button”
    the Thumbnails doesn’t display.How to deal with the problem.
