    Hello everyone, everything good?

    I apologize for my English, I’m Brazilian and my language is Portuguese. But I’ll try to explain the problem. Come on!

    I’m using the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin (version 3.1.3) in my WordPress. A week ago I built a page and needed to use the EA Filterable Gallery element. Until then it was working normally.
    I added about 300 items in the gallery, and I put 3 filters, being: “all”, “2017”, “2018”. In “all” appear all 300 items, in “2018” appear 150 items and in “2017” should appear the other 150 items, but nothing appears, and when I click on “see more” only appears an image that soon disappears. I cleaned the cache and it did not work. I made the configuration to be shown 6 items per page and clicking on “see more” should appear 3 more items. I do not know what it can be. Does anyone have a solution?

    Thanks for reaching us and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

    In your given URL, I couldn’t find any filter options. Maybe you have deactivated those? If Yes, please activate them again so that I can check the issue visually.

    On the other hand, have you done the settings of the gallery properly as per our documentation? The issue you have raised is very strange and it should not be happened because we have tested it many times at our end and it works very smoothly.     I had disabled the filters due to the problem. I just reactivated them so you can check.

    I made the correct setup as per the tutorial, but still the problem persists. I cleared the network cache and tested access from other networks as well. I honestly don’t know what happened.

    I made a video of the problem and the setup, but I didn’t find where to post it here. Do you have any emails that I can send you?
