    Hi guys,
    I’ve generally been pleased with UpdraftPlus and was considering buying your premium version (until today). Here’s the backstory:

    I’ve been using UpdraftPlus with success up until 22 November. I have it correctly linked to my Google Drive and it was working fine up until that date. I noticed today that the plugin was completely gone from my WordPress dashboard (why did it delete itself?).

    I checked my cPanel file manager in my hosting account and there was still the UpdraftPlus folder in the plugins folder. I deleted that and then proceeded to upload the plugin again.

    I reauthenticated my Google Drive account with UpdraftPlus and then set it to do a backup. Unfortunately, it is not backing up to my Google Drive but is instead only backing up directly onto my hosting account (which is what I don’t want).

    On top of that, it keeps timing out and is unable to complete the uploads.zip file. It tries again creates a new file uploads2.zip. These are large files and add clutter to my hosting account limits.

    My hosting company uses Litespeed servers, so I have followed your instructions and added the code to the .htaccess file and the wpconfig.php file. So far, this does not appear to be working.

    If I was going to upgrade to your premium version, I would not do so if the free version is not working. I’d appreciate any suggestions you might have. Otherwise, I’ll have to consider other alternatives.

    Kind regards

    PS: I’ve added this to the .htaccess file near the beginning

    RewriteRule .* – [E=noabort:1]

    I’ve added this to the wp-config.php file as follows:

    define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true);

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus settings page.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.
