Problems with Hotmail

Hi!

I have a problem with Hotmail registration. When one subscriber use one Hotmail adress no receiving any confirm mail in her mailbox. Either in spambox.

I try it, and yes, I confirm theme. Can be a Hotmail ploblem or anything else?
