Problems with html in comments

I can’t add any html in comments anymore, even as an admin. After upgrading to wp 3.05 I noticed that all the html I had imported in my comments before, don’t show up. Every time I try to add an html code (youtube video, picture…) in a comment it doesn’t show up.

It isn’t a plugin issue cause I tried to add some html codes as well to another wp account I have in my server, (just a test one) free of plugins but the problem insists even there, only after the upgrade.

No problems with the main post, just only in the comments section.

Any ideas?
