Hopefully someone else who has bought that theme & has experienced your problem will be able to assist. We aren’t given access to commercial products by default. We also try to avoid keeping shady vendors in business by providing support for their products that they lack.

That’s not a theme we can help you with here as Andrew explained. Try contacting the theme author again.

i have contacted 3 days ago but they said they do not, plus i have discovered that this error occurs with all the images on the site!
