• I have set up a website where users will need to enter code blocks in comments. I have read about how to insert code blocks in WordPress. I have no problem inserting ordinary texts. But when I insert code blocks, I am always sent to 403 error page with the message:
403
You have no access to this resource on this server:
This is how I inserted the code blocks
<!—-
1:
<?php echo "Hello World!";?>
2:

<?php echo "Hello World!"; ?>

Is this Server Issue or WordPress issue?

• Looks like you are trying to use shortcode provided by plugin.
Looking on shortcode it looks like you are using code snippet for
“SyntaxHighlighter Evolved” plugin. Is this plugin activated?

Have you teied using code or pre tag instead?
