    This sounds like a plugin clash.

    Try disabling all other plugins and switching to the default theme and then installing Events Manager.

    Do you still have the same white screen problem?

    Oh great – THANK YOU! I have disabled all plugins and switched to the default theme and voila – it’s works ??
    Can I now switch the theme again?

    yes, you can switch again to your chosen theme and see if this causes the issue.

    btw, instead of restoring backups, you can set things right by renaming specific plugin folders or your theme if you run into blank screens. make sure they’re deactivated and rename them back.
