Problems with jetpack

I have this problem. When I try to connect jetpack in my theme, appearse this:

The jetpack server could not communicate with your site`s XML-RPC URL. if you have w3 total cache plugin installed, desactivate w3 total cache, try to connect to wordpress again, reactivate w3 total cache, then clear w3 total cache′s cache.

I do everything, but the error still there, because the jetpack connect with wordpress.ogr but appearse this:

“your web side has problems to comunicate with jetpack. I need to know if a problem with plugins (I desactivate all, and the problem still there), problem with my theme, I don′t know.

Please help me.
