Problems with loading Customize of the theme

Although I like the theme for its elegance and neatness and have chosen it to host my photo blog, I have a problem right from the start. Whenever I want to customise it, it won’t load from Customize tab in WordPress – like this:

Is it because of the new WordPress update ?
