Problems with math fields

Love the plugin and I cannot wait for the connected forms plugin that you are working on!
I am having a problem with the math fields. I have built a reservation form that adds up the total of the user selections and gives a total price at the end of the form. The slug for the total field is: sub_total_pg_9, and it does show the correct total on the form.
However, when the form is submitted that field now has a different value. It appears that it is missing the calculation from another field. But only when it is submitted and processed.
Could it be because of the formula used in that field, or is it something else? The formula for that other field is: (Math.ceil(%estimated_weight%/100 )*48).
