Problems with members upgrading membership levels

  • Hi all,
    I have a site where a free member can view their profile and access a ‘upgrade subscription’ to a member (level 6). This form was created in the S2 Pro Form Generator For Billing Modifications.
    This takes them through the paypal process and even says it was upgraded successfully and that they can sign in to access.

    However, when signing in, they are still a level 5 member (free level after approval).

    Can someone help to see why they are not being upgraded.
