Problems with menus in mobile view

First I ned to say I really love this theme. Not joking, it’s absolutely best free magazine-look-alike theme. Thank you!

I have a little problem that I cannot solve on my own for now.

Yesterday I published my site with this new theme. It looks pretty good in desktop view. But when opened in screen 768x1024px or smaller, it has some problem with both top menus. Instead of menus or droppable menu icon there are just two questions “Where to?”. Previewed in Mozilla’s Firebug it seems to contain <option> element and to be a drop down menu, but when clicked, nothing happens.

Could you please give me any advice on how to deal with it?

Is there any way for me to fix it? Or do I have to write a mobile menu from the beginning?
