I never heard back from these people so I’m kinda pissed that I paid for this plugin and they don’t even bother to acknowledge a support request – especially since this is the only way they allow you to ask for support. At first I was going to vote for them (like they ask on their website), but not anymore!

I found a work around for this issue. I created blank pages with just the sliders in them and then added those pages via iframes to the real pages. Now I have 3 fully functioning sliders on both pages.

Great plugin, crap support!! Even though I’ve figured out a TEMPORARY solution, I don’t want to mark this as resolved since they haven’t actually fixed anything.

Turns out my rant was unnecessary since this isn’t the real support forum. I decided to calm down and start over and found their real support forum in the footer of their website. You have to have your purchase code from Envato and create an account, but I’m assuming this is where they usually respond to support requests. I hope so, because that’s my only option now.

    Go there for your answers!

I don’t know why you haven’t received a response here, but do note that authors are not allowed to support their pro versions on www.ads-software.com forums.

    Same issue here.
On my site: https://produzionemusicaleitalia.altervista.org/ only the first 2 sliders are able to load.
The first is a custom slider, the 2nd and the 3rd are post sliders. Only the first one works well. Why? I disabled all the other plugins and I wasn’t able to make them work all together.

UPDATE: I resolved by starting to create my post slider from a preset, now it’s working. No idea what happened.

    Dear RYSE
I have to say we have mentioned several places that for pro version please use its own support forum we have some staff just to answer its customer users.
you can have you answer there better and faster.
